On the northwest corner, this Centre of Excellence houses a branded gymnasium capable of becoming two smaller gyms. South of the gymnasium is community multi-purpose space. The second floor includes a dance studio, weight room, recording studio, Da Vinci studio, pottery and sewing studios.
