To the left of the main south entry is the Albert Branch of the Regina Public Library & Centre for Information Technology with its stepping roofs and bay windows. To the right is the Café, REACH (Regina Education and Action on Child Hunger) Marketplace and the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Community Development. These small centres provide a more personal scale to the North Central Shared Facility to foster a sense of belonging and ownership by the members of the various centres and a safer environment for all ages.
