The second floor of the NCSF is home to the various Centres of Excellence, shared community resources, and three Personal Learning Communities (PLCs) dedicated to Scott Collegiate. Each of these PLCs includes a central Commons with student workstations, teacher collaboration spaces, gathering and presentation spaces, hands-on science and invention studios, and small meeting rooms.
