Corner view at Elphinstone Street and 7th Avenue- The Albert Branch of the Regina Public Library & Centre for Information Technology and Centre for Entrepreneurship and Community Development are two of six service-learning Centres of Excellence. The division into smaller centres provides a more personal scale to the North Central Shared Facility, a sense of belonging and ownership by the members of the various centres, and a safer environment for all ages.
