Sinarmas World Academy – Phased Campus Plan

Phase Two: will include the two remaining SLC buildings for grades 7-17, the Health and Fitness Center (Gymnasium and lockers) the Design, Arts and Technology Center (DAT) and the remaining campus outdoor amenities including a pool, tennis, soccer and outdoor learning spaces. The remaining portion of the underground garage will be constructed in Phase two as well.

Planning Process:
The SWA Campus is located in BSD City, a rapidly growing section of Tangerang, a city of 3.2 million, 12-miles west of Jakarta, Indonesia.

The campus was designed with buildings that would be sited to produce overlapping areas of shade and dappled sunlight in response to the intense near-equatorial sun and frequent rains.

Phase One: consists of the Lower School, grades Pre-K thru 6th, the lower school Gymnasium and the Global Learning Center (Admin, Arts, Library and Theater). This was built as a self-contained campus in anticipation of the community growing with the SWA Campus.
