Sam has six years of extensive experience with institutional and commercial projects with an emphasis on efficient design and innovative construction approaches. Exceptional skills: Designing structurally innovative & energy efficient building envelopes, establishing strong communication with consultants & contractors; meeting clients’ individual needs & managing client relationships, and administering & coordinating complex and challenging projects.

Significant projects include: Academy of the Holy Names Innovation Lab Renovation- April–June 2014 –  Project Architect for $300,000 innovation laboratory from design development through construction completion.  Responsible for the creation of all architectural construction documents, and all aspects of construction administration. | International School of Kazan – June–Present 2014 – Project Architect for multiphase, International School Campus design including the gut renovation of three existing buildings for the primary school wing (grades K-4) and the master planning of the administration and secondary school wings.
